Tiffany L. Kilpatrick, known simply as “T” to her clients and friends, is a life-long native of North Mississippi. T earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2005 from the University of Mississippi School of Law, after which she clerked for the United States Magistrate Judge S. Allan Alexander of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Mississippi. In 2007, T opened a solo practice with offices in both Oxford and Amory, joined the Hill & Minyard law firm in 2010, and opened her own boutique law practice in 2015.
T has served as President of the Tri-County Young Lawyers Association and on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar Association, Women in the Profession Committee and the Gender Fairness Task Force to name a few. T taught Legal Research at the University of Mississippi School of Law for eight years and now serves as the Public Defender for Lafayette County Circuit Court (felony level) and Lafayette County Youth Court in addition to her private criminal defense and family law practice.
